Namaste sir ....plz sir give me sNamaste sir ....plz sir give me some advice.....A civil suit for declaration of title on ground of ancestral property can compromise under the part -3 (conciliation ) of the arbitration and conciliation act 1996... thnx sir

it suit will deem under sec 61of arbitration and conciliation act 1996 " disputes arising outd of legal relationship ??sir....we want to compromise this suit by conciliation under the arbitration and conciliation act 1996.

As suggested you may show all docs on record to a senior lawyer at your location and check if the dispute is arbitrable or if there is an agreement for arbitration.
Registered family agreement can also be explored.
