Hi
You were not prosecuted in any court of law.
It is a non payment of bill which has been settled.
So you need not disclose any details pertaining to Lok adalat settlement in your application form.

Rajagopal Sir, Its not the application form It's the attestation form which will be later used for the police verification. Thanks for your reply.
