Ancestral property willed to grandson

We are two brothers but due to some family problems my father willed his entire ancestral property to my brothers son . My father is only son of my Grandfather . Can I challenge it in court?

He cannot Will the property if the same is not self acquired property . Seek partition of the property.

How is that the property is ancestral? How your father has come in possession of the same?
