Stuck in false 498@ case

hi, m tinku ,victim of false 498a , my family member got anticipatory bail but m on provisioanl bail. my wife wants to live with me and I can not live with her since she always threat me with suicide, please suggest what I should do till I get confirm bail.

If a compromise for a mutual consent divorce is possible, go for it else let the case go on. You will get the bail. Make good grounds for bail. No need to succumb to pressure.

she has a right to be in the same house even if she filed divorce or 498a case.

Try for amicable settlement and for mutual consent divorce. If not possible face the trial and prove her charges as false.

If she is indeed repentant there is no harm in taking her back. otherwise refuse to take her back. No law forces to take her back against your wish.

thanks all for the response. now the situation is she is in dilema that I will take her with me because i had signed one settlement documnet saying that I will take her with me to get bail for my family.

I can not take her back becoz I know she will again file 498a.
can she come to my place and forcefully stay with me?
how I shud behave till the provisional bail gets confirmed?
