sir me and my husband living seperately for the last six months ,iam staying in india and my husband staying in abroad my husband had a history of depression taking drugs for one year now iam asking my husband to come for family counselling with the same doctor but he is not willing to come what action i can take on my husband to come for family counselling his intetion is to live seperately like this if he applies for divorce he has to pay alimony and iam against divorce and i spoke to the same pscyriatist doctor and explain all the things and doctor told that my husband needs treatment

There are no legal elements involved. You may try to convince your friends through family and friends. More than that, in such moments of crisis, the couple should stay together and should be supportive of each other.
