Police is not doing there duty properly

Hi All,

i want share something and ask about your views.

My relative was murdereports says that red his wife through poision. and police is sporting them. we have write the FIR in Rajasthan because case is related in rajasthan. police is trying to save that part because visra reports says that posion is found. when we try to progress report through court.progress report is not coming.
there SP(bharatpur)is saying that we are doing......but now nothing
now case is not in court last 2 year because boy was died in april 2013.
now that part is trying anticipatory bale from high court jaipur
what should i do ?

Appear in high court and oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail.
File a writ petition in high court against police inaction.

Thank you sir for your suggestion,
but sir without 210(progress report)how i can file a write in high court jaipur.
according to high court lawyer progress report is necessary for a strong writ and police is creating problem to providing the progress report because police is trying to save that party.

please suggest me.

The writ petition do not require complete set of progress report, file with available documents such as FIR etc. It is the respondent/police to file the status report.

Actually I write the RTI from SP Bharatpur regarding case status.
