After terminate of mutelynational company is using my firm name in news papers.
What act of I.P.C. will be be apply.
(if non dealer is using name or logo of any company ,company take action against that dealer and do F.I.R. )

I am dealer of automobile Company
That Company was give us letter of termination on 06-04-2015, But that company using my firm name on news paper advertisement up to more than 45 days (min.12 time).
Due to that we are not apply any other company for dealership and also customer are disturbing us for for sales and service,
due to that we are disturb we are not doing any other business.

pls give a newspaper publication that you are no more dealing with that company. if you have the termination letter, attach it while applying for other companies.

I was wondering, why you desired to know, "What act of I.P.C. will ... ... apply" in your case, when neither you are an advocate, nor you know what action has to be taken? The reason of such type of question is not understood.

Send notice to the company to stop using your firm's name and if they continue, they would be liable for payment of damages and face legal action.

we have already send notice to company but they are using our firm name in news paper add.
we are facing problems from customers, customer say for service but we are helpless two customer is give me notice. I want to know what act will be applicable for misuse our name and how can we clam for damages

You have not replied for which purpose you want to know, "What act of I.P.C. will ... ... apply" in your case?
So far as act of IPC is concerned, IPC, in itself is an act. There are no different acts under IPC.
It will be better to have full length discussion with some local lawyer by meeting him personally and to tell him your requirement and how to know proceed against the company.

Well advised by experts. If you have issued a legal notice to the company and they still seem not to be bothered about it, you may file a criminal private complaint against the company for mental agony and casing losses intentionally or consult a local lawyer and discuss about the next course of action
