FIRST SIMPLE APPLICATION AGAINST ALL FAMILY MEMBERS FOR 498 a .. ALL PERSONS STATEMENTS TAKEN 2 MONTHS BACK..
THEN AFTER 1 MONTH f.i.r ..ALREADY f.i.r DONE..
ALL 6 PERSON GOT aNTICIPATORY BAIL.. BUT NOT MY FRIEND.
CASE IS AT POLICE LEVEL STATEMENTS PENDING.
NOW 125 FOR MAINTAINANCE CAME..
WHAT SHOULD HIS PLAN ..
WHEN DO DISCHARGE FOR 498
WHEN QUESHING?
WHICH lAWYER FIRST FOR 498 OR FOR FAMILY 125 COURT?

1. Your friend has to be active in his case.
2. Your friend has to engage a local prudent lawyer and provide all information to his lawyer for proper evaluation, analyzing, guidance, advise and proceed.

First inform who is your friend and why was your bail rejected?
If so then he will have to wait till he gets bail as before this no discharge/quashing application will be entertained by the court.

i gave all msgs..
My friend didot get anticipatory bail as in her wifes and POLice officer affidavite states for anticipatory that
1.he has relation with any other girl so mently torture..
2.he drunk at Hooneymoon place misbehave with her wife..
its totaly wrong false case..
not a single word can prove this all allegations for all mentioned IPCs.
this is game for money by her wife side particularly father

1.she show i love you msg in his mobile..
2.photo with pink dress girl in cupboard..
3.previous engagemet... all false allegations in her FIR against AB..
theses are false allegations..
my friend got one lawyer.
previously at the time duration for AB he got notice for appearance at police station but lawyer go to police sttion and told about AB - so no one from family members appear ..
lawyer telling to have regular bail as no need to worry for such false FIR and previous application is closed one month before FIR booked..
his family members got AB all 6 are going to appear in police station not my friend.
should he appear in police station without AB? as per lawyer advice..
he is ready to do different RTI related with investigations, witnesses, procedure etc. to I.O. at police station..

Attending police station for investigation without obtaining AB is as good as falling down in the pit with eyes wide open. Better not to do such mistakes, ask him tom get AB first and attend the investigation session. Challenge the case on merits.
