Regarding conveyance deed

Hi, i just want to know the cost of Conveyance deed. society formation has done before 6 month.
Location :- Nerul (navimumbai)
Falts available :10
shop avalable :4
Im very confused because some say it wll cost to 2 Lac, 3 Lac and few say it wll done within 50 K.. Kindly suggest

Sir,
In a Co-Operative Housing Society in Maharashtra, if all the members have paid their respective stamp duties on their flats/shops and have registered deeds, then the stamp duty of Rs.100/- is payable by the Society. The registration charge will be considered as a pecentage on the value of the property as per the Ready Reckoner, the maximum charge being Rs.30000/-.
