First Send a Legal Notice Thro your Advocate If your Child is Studying there better send it on behalf of your Friend not related to school so that a PIL could be filed in the HighCourt.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 12 October 2014
No, in any case the school building cannot be rented out of functions like marrige etc. Report the matter to management of the school, Director Education, Governer/ LG besides local police/police authorities.
Subsequently file a suit for permanent and mandatory injuction for restrainment of the management to hire out school premises.

A PIL filed by your Friend Not related will fetch you a better result in a short time with out your child studying there is not coming in to picture.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 17 October 2014
I endorse the views and suggestions made by expert Mr. Vashista on the subject.
