Dear Mr. Dhananjay,
1. The stage of oral and written argument will arise only after the filing of written counter statement of the respondent.
2. Oral arguments can precede the written argument and in latter you can have the evidences that are produced during the proceedings as proved to sustain your plaint.
3. since you are appearing as party in person and you have some idea of the procedural law but are not quite sure of the same you need to be guided by professional advocate.
4. It is better and prudent to have personal direct private consultation with advocate so as to put yourself updated with the aspects of procedural law.
5. If need be you can get my contact details by clicking my name shown in the L.H.S. margin of this reply format.
