Conversion of religion

A person by birth belongs to Hindu had converted Islam in 2005. Now he wanted to convert Hindu Religion. Is it possible. Moreover, how many times a person can change his religion in his live, please advice.

He can convert himself to his original religion.

His 'shudhikaran' can take place and he can definitely come back to his original religion at any moment and even he can bring some other persons from muslim religion to Hinduism if he so desires.
