My husband was initially married to a women .just after 4 month's he applied for divorce on mutual ground with his wife giving wrong affidavit that they were married a year nd a half back.
N they hsv been seperated for six months .whereas they were married for just 4months.
case was in sessions n then it was referred to lok adalat.
my qus is that since they got divorce from lok adalat which court should I go to challenge their misconduct (since hes left me also )
lok adalat or session court?
Will I b heard?

Lok adalat is a special court set up to settle the issues out of the regular court so as to save time of parties and the court. Lok adalat is not an appellate court.

Sessions court is also not the appropriate court to try divorce case. It might be family court or civil court.

An appeal to order for divorce can be filed in High court

But, you cannot file an appeal since you are not a party to the said proceeding. You can approach the family court for your divorce on this ground.

It appears u r unsure it is mutual divorce or settlement by Lok adalat. U r not party to raise or reopen case. Since feel n sure of cheating u if ur marriage solmanazed n bigamy constituted file criminal complaint
