adopted son legal heir

My father passed away recently and i am the only adopted son( my fathers brother son) with two married sisters. Since my adoption is not registered how can i claim for legal heir.

If you what A Family Member/Legal Heirs Certificate form Competent Authority/Local MRO- Thahasildhar , you have to file Petition claiming the Certificate submitting all details and after Due enquiry by the Concerned Authority , if your claim is satisfied /proved that the Adoption is recognized and acted up on , accordingly the Certificate Will be issued to You.
