Non institutional written on date of birth certificate

Hello,

My son born on 17/04/2014, There was mistake in my name in his date of birth certificate. I submit any application in municipal corporation office in delhi on 15/06/2014.

Now, I am checking the status online. My name has been corrected. But, Date of place is showing as non institutional instead of name of the nursing home. In the previous date of birth certificate place of birth was correctly written as the nursing home name.

What is this and What should I do to get it corrected.

I am currently living in Delhi.
