AN AGREEMENT FOR SALE WAS REGISTERED 1 YEAR BACK ON THE NAME OF ALLIP MADHUKAR RAJNATHAN
HOWEVER HIS ORIGINAL NAME IS ALLIP RAJNATHAN MADHUKAR.

NOW THE SELLER IS NOT AVAILABLE TO EXECUTE THE RECTIFICATION DEED WHAT IS OPTION BECAUSE OF THAT I HAVE BEEN ISSUED SHARE CERTIFICATE ON WRONG NAME

It is agreement to sale, rectify the error in sale deed.

If the whereabouts of the seller are not available or he is not ready to get the execution of the ratification-deed then better to file a civil suit for declaration. Engage a local lawyer for this purpose.
