Legal will

Dear All ,
My question is related to all above ,
my father passed away in 2002 but in 2001 he made will but its registered Notarized (notary )by lawyer which will help me to get share as per Notarized will
2. in above case my mom , brother , and sister is alive but notary will is made in a favor of his son only so in such case situation my sister is also to get share ??????

If the property of your father is self acquired one then he can bequeath the same to anyone he chooses by way of Will.
Other legal heirs have no say in it unless there is any illegality in executing the will.
Notarised Will is very much valid.

but MR barman in 2001 notarized is worked coz it was not registered will ??? and wat like u say illegality ?

Will is valid whether it is registered, unregistered or notarized.

Self acquired property can be bequeathed by a person in favor of anyone he wishes.

will is valid . if self acquired property has been bequeathed to son daughters have no share in said property

I agree with the experts that a Will executed by a Testator whether registered or unregistered, notarized or not but duly witnessed by atleast two witnesses can be held as valid provided the testator is having proper title to the property proposed to be bequeathed in the Will to the beneficiary.
