Fir-prevention

I want to lodge a FIR against a woman for fraud, cheating, criminal breach of trust and threatening of life but I am fearing that she can make false allegations of sexual harassment and other allegations.

What I should do and how I prevent her?

you cant prevent the lady from lodging FIR if she so desires
