Hello Experts,
I have received Interim order to pay maintenance and litigation expenses.
My Question is:
Is it ok to wait for final judgement and then go to High court if order doesn't changes.
OR
should go to high court now to challenge interim order under section 397.
Can I represent my self in Courts as i do not have enough money. My Present Lawyer is asking for 25000 for filing case and 3000 per hearing.

what is your salary ? what is order passed for maintenance . without going through the order we cannot advise .

The order need to be gone through before giving any advise, contact local lawyer and show him all the documents.

I am not earning from last 1 year. Order says 8000 Per month + 10000 Litigation. i had shown my last drawn salary as 25000.
My wife is more educated than me and i don't want to pay maintenance at any cost, as she got this order based on false allegations.

as per your last drawn salary order is reasonable .
if you dont want to pay file revision application against impugned order as you are presently unemployed

yes, you can, draft the revision petition by a lawyer and file the same & fight the revision yourself.
