Dear Sir,
My friend has a judgement of divorce by mutual consent passed in October wherein it is mentioned that their is no fraud or coerecion.
my query is
1)the wife is not willing to leave the house.
2)she is threatening the husband that she would file a case of mental harresment.
3)please throw light on how to make the order operative and regarding decree.
4)steps that the husband can take against the wife.

Husband has no option but to file a suit for eviction against the ex wife.

And also if their is an appeal to such order.
