Hi

My brother was engaged to a girl but later we came to know that the girl is already married.and there parents were knowing this all along.We have cancelled the marriage.Can I file a defamation and cheating case against them and also for mental trauma and torture.i have all the documents which proves that the girl is already married.

forget it . you are lucky you got saved before marriage . why you want to waste money on legal fees and in running around courts .
