Respected experts, could you please guide me as to:

1) HOW TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR EARLY HEARING OF A CASE (Civil) IN DELHI HIGH COURT.

2) WHETHER "FORM FOR URGENT (MENTIONING) CASES FOR LISTING / ACCOMMODATION" HAS TO BE USED

3) In Mumbai High Court it is clear that there is a system to file Praecipe.

what is the urgency ? there are thousands of cases pending in HC . you have to make out a case for expediting your final hearing

1. workman's application for interim relief u/s 17-B of I.D. Act has been rejected. As far as workman is concerned, it is life-and-death for the workman. He has no livelihood. Workman shall have to starve if the case is not decided and payment as per award of labour court and retirement dues are not given. As such, the matter has atmost importance.
