विकास प्राधिकरण की एक योजना में पट्टे पर आवंटित एक भूखण्ड के रजिस्टर्ड पट्टा बिलेख में परिभाषित *पट्टेदार* शब्द का अर्थ- उसके वारिसी/उत्तराधिकारियो , निष्पादकों , प्रतिनिधिओं एवं/या समनुदेशितों से समझा गया है ! इस भूखण्ड को फ्री-होल्ड में परिवर्तित करने के लिये आबंटी ने अपनी सगी बहिन के नाम मुख्तार-नामा-आम रजिस्टर्ड कर रखा है ! परन्तु विकास प्राधिकरण इस मुख्तार-नामा-आम को मान्यता नहीं दे रहा है !
क्या यह विकास प्राधिकरण की ओर से उचित कदम है ?
ऐसे में आवंटी कैसे और किस क़ानून कि शरण में राहत पा सकता है ?
उचित मार्गदर्शन प्रार्थनीय है !

Refer rules of the Development Authority concerned. Get information through RTI asking rules under which Power of Attorney was not accepted / honored by the authority.
In case of need refer local lawyer.

Vikas pradhikaran aisa nhi kar sakta aur nyaye se upar nhi hai. aap unko notice de sakte hain aur uske baad ucchadhikariyo ko shikayat kar sakte hain.
