Dear Member,
One of my client being attacked by their relatives and beaten threaten to kill him, if he does not withdraw the Civil suit for property and is forced to do settlement. He visited higher official of Police. But all proved in vain. The Officials threaten them on seeing the injuries that he must have fought , while fact was he was beaten by others . The authorities without listening to the facts, threaten him and other party to sent to Jail for fighting under breach of peace. So he returned bare handed from the office without justice.

Kindly guide to what he can do in such circumstance either wait to be killed by others or if he try to save himself when being attacked be sent to jail for fighting. He just asking me that he just want to inform to suitable officials that after his death the culprit cannot escape. Pls guide me whom he should inform for being threatened to be killed. What option available to him both at police level and at judicial level. Is there any way that if he does an act to save himself when being attacked, is the act of self defense. How he can convince judiciary and police in such case for his act of self defense.
