House loan

sir,I have taken house loan from A.P COOPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETIES FEDERATION LTD,HYDERABAD ON 15.11 1999,amount Rs 125000 and paid partially amount Rs 150000.loan duration expired 2009. they obtained DECREE on 17-01-2006 for AUCTION.But failed. Now send notice to me again auction to my house on August. I request you honourable expert , what is the validity period of DECREE.Is there any possiblity to save my house from auction.

You can pay the outstanding and save the house. Maximum period for filing execution of the decree is 12 years.

They are more concerned with recovery rather than auction, so you can seek some period from them for repayment and pay within that time otherwise also they have the option to auction.
