I HAVE ONE FLAT IN JAIPUR IN G+2 BUILDING THIS BUILDING CONSTRUCTED BY ONE FIMALE & SHE SOLD OUT 9 UINTS FOR PERSONAL INTEREST TO DIFFERENT BUYERS. NO ANY HOUSING SOCIETY IN THIS BUILDING, MY FLAT AT GROUND FLOOR FRONT FACING, MY BUILT UP ARES IS 678 SFT BUT MY ALL OVER CONSTRUCTRED AREA IN 550 SFT, AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING MY MAIN GATE WERE IN BACK SIDE , BEFORE ONE YEAR I HAVE OPEN THE ANOTHER ONE DOOR IN FRONT OF FACING OF BUILDING THAT TIME NOT DONE ANY OBJECTION BY OTHER FLAT OWNER. IN MY FLAT NO ANY BALCONY ARE CONSTRUCTED. I HAVE SUFFERED MANY PROBLEMS BEACAUSE OTHER FLAT OWNERS PARK THEIR VEHICLE AT MY GATE & WINDOWS SO I WANT TO MAKE BALCONY IN FRONT OF MY GATE & WINDOWS BELOW THE BALCONY OF 1ST FLOOR. IF ANY AOTHER FLAT OWNER DONE THE ANY OBJECTION WHAT I CAN DO. IF ONE TIME I CONSTURUCT THE BALCONY CAN ANY PERSON OR POLICE DESTROY THE BALCONY WITHOUT PERMISSION OF COURT.

you cannot carry out any alterations in your flat by constructing any balcony etc without consent of municipal corporation . in case you do so corporation can demolish the same after issue of notice

Sir,
Approved plan already show balcony bellow balcony of IST Floor but builder not constructed at the time of construction & front of facing after balcony show lawn but other flat owner park their vehicle in these place

if builder has no carried out construction as per building plans raise the issue with builder . you cannot carry out any such construction . the flat owners wont remain silent spectators

If you constructed violating the law then such construction can be got demolished.
