I have read on internet that Rajasthan High Court, M.P. High Court and Kerala High Court have restricted the marraiges performed at Arya Samaj Temples in various ways.
Concerned news are in the links given below.
I can not find any orders of this nature of the websites of respective courts, can anybody help ?

Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.
Through supplementary affidavit the petitioner has brought on record the copy of the Scholar's Register and Transfer Certificate, which certifies the date of birth� of Km. Poonam� as 20th October, 1991, accordingly it establishes that� she is� aged about 21 years.
In the light of the aforesaid fact, we hereby stay the arrest of the petitioner in the case Crime No. 97 of 2011, under Sections 363/366 IPC and 3(2) 5 of SC/ST Act, Police Station Raje Sultanpur, District Ambedkar Nagar,� till the next date of listing.
List along with service report of notice issued to respondent no.4.
As per direction of this Court, Mr. Jai Singh, who is an Advocate, claims� himself as Secretary of Arya Samaj Mandir, Raja Ji Puram, Lucknow, is present in the Court and produced the relevant Marriage Certificate of Mr. Indresh Kumar and Poonam. He has certified their age as 21 and 19 years respectively.�� When we ask what is the basis for recording their approximate age, he replied that� he recorded the age on the basis of certificate provided by the persons concerned, who had come to solemnize the marriage along with the certificate.� He also provided the Transfer Certificate, which certifies the date of birth of Km. Poonam as 20th October, 1991. Upon perusal of the same, we find that the same was issued by the head of the Institution on 20.10.2011, whereas the date of solemnization of marriage is mentioned in the marriage certificate as 21.7.2011,which establishes that on the date of marriage, the transfer certificate was not available with the Secretary concerned. Thus, the marriage certificate itself is doubted.
So far as the authenticity of� Arya Samaj Society� for solemnization of marriage is concerned, we also doubt upon it, therefore, we hereby call upon the Chief Secretary, State of U.P. to look into the matter and conduct a deep enquiry through a higher responsible officer, not below the rank of Secretary of the State.�� During the course of proceedings of the Court, in so many cases, we find that Arya Samaj Society has been issuing various certificates without examining the truthness of the necessary facts,� therefore, we are also of the view that till the enquiry is completed, those� should be closed from functioning with a direction� to the Director General of Police to ensure their closure in the whole State of U.P., till further orders of this court.
List again along with the enquiry report as directed here-in-above.
Let a certified copy of this order be provided to the Chief Secretary of the State as well as Director General of Police for necessary action.
The appearance of Mr.Jai Singh is exempted.
