Dear Experts,

We would like to execute a lease agreement in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Can any one please guide me regarding the following:-
1. What is the rate of Stamp Duty to be paid?
2. what is the rate of Registration Cost?

it is 3% for less than 5 years with additional registration fees 1% to 50000 and .5% thereafter
