is there any provision where divorce petition can be filed before one year of marriage ? if yes, on what ground ? Under which Act ?

you have to wait for one year after marriage for divorce .

MCD can be filed even before one year of marriage but only before Supreme Court for shortening the period of waiting of 6 months.
