maine apna divorce ka case 28.2.2011 main not press kar liya tha , kya ab main 2013 main divorce petition ko restore kar sakta hu.

For what reason it was not pressed and had you reserved your right to file the case under the same cause of action. If so then file another petition on the same cause of action.
You can also file a new petition stating the reason for new petition after not pressing the old petition.

Yes restore nehi hoga. Aapko naya facts dikhake fresh case file karna hoga.

agar court ne fresh filing ki permission di ho to aap usi mukadme ko dobara dal sakte hain.restoration nhi hota hai
