Q)In case petitioner is not present in the court and he wants to know the proceedings of the court, how shall he gets it?

Either through his lawyer or by applying for the certified copy of the proceeding held on that day.

obtain certified copy of roznama . he will get all the information he needs as to what has transpired in court on day when the petitioner was absent

U can inspect brief, Ask Bench clerk to give you, and go thru it in the Court room, and copy it and return it back..
