Rejoinder filing

Sir,

If the lawyer hired is delaying in filing the rejoinder giving all odd reasons. Can it be directly filed by the client (petitioner) to high court?

NO, when the lawyer is there, all documents have to be filed through him.

Talk to him, whether the reasons are genuine or not.

As long as an advocated remains enagaged in the case the party can not conduct the case.

You can appear as party in person after removing the advocate from the record. Subsequently you can file any petition.

If the advocate is delaying witout any valid ground, you can seek the permission of the court to file the rejoinder on your own.

Trust your advocate. he is doing best job for you. However, if you feel that he is not doing work in your interest, simply, change advocate.
