Expert suggestiion to rights of surccessor

(Querist) 06 February 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Brother was working in SBI,Brother has BDA site. He is dead. He is not married. He has no children. Parents was dead long back.

After death of his younger brother, elder brother got transfered BDA site as successor.

NOw he wanted to sell property due to requirment of money. To sell property whether required sign of children of elder brother or not

There is no need to obtain the signature of the children of elder brother of deceased because this property shall be treated as self acquired rather of ancestral.
