Redevelopment

One more question, We the members of society are thinking to opt an option to go to Grahak Punchayat against developer. But few members are not supporting us. Can we issue a letter to members that if any reimbursement received from developer will be retained by society as they did not join us fight for betterment of society?

No, you can not do so unless the repayment is made in relation to some particular members only.
If it is repaid to Society at large then no member can be deprived.

have a resolution passed in AGM . if approved by majority of members you can proceed against the developer .any monetary benefir received from devloper will be for benefit of all members as it is one society .

if members are not agreeable even an individual member can proceed against the developer
