can the girl after filing an affidavit for mutual consent refuse to sign the evidence affidavit in the court of law suddenly creating an imaginary dispute which never existed in the mutual consent petition till the stage of evidence?

also till now if the girl has not filed any affidavit as regards the nature of the dispute in court, what are the options for the boys lawyer in court to speed up the divorce petition as the mutual consent petition has yet not been disposed

the girl had filed for maintainenace claiming to be a housewife while she was gainfully employed.

can any legal action be taken for this false affidavit

Until the signature of both parties are put voluntarily on the second motion, the divorce of the basis of mutual consent cannot be provided. There is no use to speed up on your part. if your wife is not ready for mutual consent then this excercise is totally futile. Even there is no need for your wife to tel the reasons of her withdrawing consent.

If your wife is not able to maintain herself, she may claim maintenance from you. May be she employer earlier and now would have left. You file reply as per information available to you.

yes she is liberty to withdraw her affidavit which is filed for mutual divorce.,

and if you can prove it that she filed a false affidavit for claim maintenance., maximum you can dispose her case thats all., nothing can more regard this situation.,
