my father and mother had expired in 1996 . my real uncle was unmarried. he was having some dispute with his neighbour in regard to the verandah of the property . the matter was in court . my uncle died in 2003. after his death my cousin aunt got an affidavit file from us (all siblings)in the court for contesting the case by making us beleive that she is aware of the facts and can take care of our rights better . now we have come to know that in the garb of conteating the case she has refered some registered Will puported to have been executed by my uncle in the year 2000 , in favour my aunt , in respect to the assets and properties of my late uncle . now she have filed the case against us for vacating the premises in which we are living and also asserting her rights on the properties on the basis of the said Will . the Will has not been probated till date . can we now challenge the Will and get it rejected from the court . what are the legal remedies . pleae help

do you not before signing any document read the contents?
as far as suit filed by her is concerned you have to engage a local lawyer . without going through the papers of the case we would not be in a position to advise .
you will have to contest the suit that will is forged , not proved in court of law .

Yes. Appoint and advocate for getting appropriate advise and contesting the case. This seems to be complicated and no comments can be made without knowing the complete documents.

as of your statements we can not give any exact opinion to you., if she filed the suit with fraudulently mean just face it before court of law.,
