Wrong documents produced before the court

sir ,my friend was accused in the case, that case status was trial.but the plaintiff produced the forged document before the court.we want to file affidavit under section 340 read with 195. how to file a affidavit and give me a solution and profama for affidavit .is it right way to proceed?.
