I HAVE BEEN AWARDED COMPENSATION BY NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM RS. 2 LACS FROM A DOCTOR.

DOCTORS REVIEW PETITION WAS REJECTED BY NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM IN 2009.
DOCTOR HAS NOT PAID THE COMPENSATION TILL TODAY.

DOCTOR HAS NOT APPEALED IN SUPREME IN SUPREME COURT.

WHAT COURSE OF ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THE DOCTOR TO RECEIVE COMPENSATION.

file execution petition in the state commission. An non bailabel warrent will be issued against the doctor along with order for attachment of property by the district collector. In addition to compensation and penalty, the doctor can be imprisoned upto 3 years.
