Danger to life threatening

HAVING FAILED TO GET THE CONSTRUCTION WORK STAYED, "B" THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL,LOCAL PEOPLE,LODGED A FALSE COMPLAINT AGAINST "A",IN POLICE STATION THAT THERE IS A DANGER OF LIFE FROM "A",INSISTED THRU DISTT. SUPDT OF POLICE (WHO ORDERED TO GET MATTER ENQUIRED FROM LOCAL POLICE THANA ).
1.Is there a cognisance of Criminal case against "A" in absence of any Witness? If anyone complains such threatening , is sufficient to proceed Police for initiating Criminal case ? THOUGH "B" maliciously abused "A" for which witnesses are forthcoming & gave in writing while Police enquiry. Can "A" lodge Criminal/ Civil case for derogatory remarks & Defamation and also for ( false) complaint? Can copy of false complaint be asked from Police station & also enquiry report containing statement of all concerned? Please guide & THANKS to all the advisers.

only complaint has been lodged . police has to make enquires whether aleagtions are true or not . no case for defamation is made out at this stage .

if case is false and no police do not find any evidence against A your stand will be vindicated .
