Restoration application

if the reference(industrial Dispute) is individual one and award are passed individual in more than 15 matter then whether one restoration application is maintainable in 15 awards ? i am of the opinion that no but in need of citation. any one can help me its urgent

As awards are 15 so the separate applications seeking restoration of each and every award is required to be moved. A single application shall not work. Court is one but files are 15 and all require restoration.

to clarify the query i say that the industrial disputes qua illegal termination of individual workmen and and individual award in each. only one restoration is filed instead of individual whether permissible?

you will have to file separate applications . since 15 such individuals awards have been made so 15 restoration applications will have to be made

Unless you provide the gist of all the 15 matters, as included in the award, it may be quite difficult for any expert to provide you any proper advice.
