hello i am the student of Gujarat University Third year monsoon semester student i want to know that if i am eligible to apply For SANAD to bar council of Gujarat or to give ALL India Bar Council Exam

first apply for sanad to gujarat bar council thereafter you have to appear AIBE EXAM.

ALL India is compulsory for all the LLB students from 2010 on-wards.

apply for your License/ Sanad whenever you pass out...the Bar Council will provide you with a license....after the passing of the AIBE, the same license will be declared permanent and an addl. certificate will be issued by the Bar Council of India...
