Camera in office should be allowed or not

I m working in a Corporate Office,
Company estblishing camera in every room, every corner which also catch Voice Recording.
in Such a Case, if i receive any personal call and on call i talking about some personal secret debate,and all that will be recorded
and in other case, most official mail also received on personal mail id, where password of my mail id will be recorded in camera
in both case, company can misuse the personal things and misuse my personal mailid after knowing my password and not only company any other person in company ( as recording will be for six month) can misuse these So in such case What action we can take what how.
in all above is Camera should be allowed in office
and is company should be liable for any misuse of employee personal data by any otherone

Dear Mr. Mahender,
Cameras are installed in offices for keeping a remote surveilance on the activities of officials of the Company within the company premises. I am not sure if it captures voices. Even if it does, then so long as one does not indulge in unnecessary gossip or decrying anyone else, there is absolutely nothing to fear.
Since the official email-s are meant for official purposes, bringing in personal mails into it and sending personal mails therefrom will definitely affect ones personal information. But it is for the individual to ensure that he does not receive/send any personal mails from the official email-id.
So long as the data relates to official activities and mails relate to official duties, the question of the administration or anyone misusing the same would not arise.
Similarly if any personal phone call is received, then one can go out and talk. Naturally such frequent calls and going out from the room/premises would also get recorded giving vital information to the Organization that the person concerned is getting frequently disturbed by his personal calls distracting him from official work.
An individual has no right to question the genuine concerns of the Organization. After all they employ person to perform the official functions. The organisation is right to adopt such methods to ensure appropriate productivity.
If the individual does not like such an atmosphere, then one has to take a call and quit such organization. Persons are for the organization and not the other way.

i m telling that This is our personal mail id on which Official mail comes.
and i have asked from IT dept. , they told that it will also capture Voice
as u talking that u can talk outside, then i wana to inform you that camera also installing evey outside the room, gallary and even on Gate of Office

The premises belong to the employer company. It is open and lawful for the employer to take such safety measures in his own interest. Nobody can object to the same. Anyone entering into such premises is doing so impliedly subjecting himself to such conditions and measures. There is no law prohibiting such precautionary measures. On the other hand they are welcomed. Many crimes have been detected with the aid of such cameras.

But it is normal in companies that employee use their personal mail-id and personal call and company too not avoid these thing within a limit time, such as in lunch time, company allows using personal mail-id and to attand urgent call ( personal).
So What lawful action can be taken if it is found that some other employee misuse other employee personal mail-id etc by seeing password on recording or personal secret call etc.
and Is it lawful to install such high capture camera which will also record what is going on in Computer System.

It is presumption that there is no misuse.
If any employee mis-use it u can sue him, if u can prove it.

But it is not so easy to prove that some one misuse ur personal information becuase he/she see recording in camera
and their may be many case where u too not even get knowledge so early about that someone has mis-used ur personal information
So r u agree about that their should be some restriction about insatlling camera in office.
