Those documents can be produced at the time of your evidence or it can be confronted to the accused at the time their defense evidence.

Any document can be filed. But you need to answer they way you got those documents when you are in witness box. If it is found that you obtained in illegal way, you will be punished

If you want file the illegal way documents along with your complaint mean you can now.. Later you may substitute your previous documents by the true copies documents

You should only refer these documents in the complaint and should not attach. At the stage of evidence you can request to court to call these papers or document from the possession of respective authority under Sec 91 Cr.P.C.

you can call the authorities as witness and ask them to produced the documents related with your case u/s 91cr.p.c.
