No, Relinquishment deed can be executed by A person for the properties inherited from ancestors and have share therein also be made for the properties left by parents died intestate means a co sharer can execute relinquishment deed in favour of another co sharer but relinquishment deed can not be executed for self earned properties.
You can make relinquishment deed on properties in the joint name with other. So self earned property if jointly owned with another person in that case you can make relinquishment deed for your share.

If two or more persons have joint/coparcenary rights in a property and if one person wishes to relinquish the rights of his share in the property in favour of other persons, in such cases, the relinquishment deed is executed but not in self-earned property.

Very well advised by experts Mr. Bhartesh Goyal and Kavksatyanarayana, I concur the same. However, I respectfully differ with the opinion and advise of expert Mr. Shirish Pawar as the self acquired property cannot be relinquished in favour of co-owner.
