Respected Dhingraji, thank you for your quick reply I have no idea about the law of arrest regarding my query I really don't understand what do u mean by any specific reason for amnesty, i am asking about arrest how can I think about amnesty, under what law the married man can be arrested having adultery with a married woman.

thanks for the reply dhingraji beceause one advocate says you can get arrested this married man another advocates says you cant beceause she is married women willlful going to him she is adult?

respected dhinraji, my query is very simple whether the married man can be arrested or not if he commits adultery with a married woman. despite of this married woman consent or wish or she also interested in the adultery act.

My answer was also simple. However to make it more simple, that all depends upon the nature, background, and circumstances of the case.
Academic queries do not have any definite answer unless elaborated with full academic answer duly explained by ifs and buts of the legal angle. To be frank, I do not prefer to hold tutorial for the students, if you don't have any such real legal problem to face, as based on some police complaint.
So, academic query should be solved with the help of your course material.

If the husband of the woman files a complaint against you for committing adultery, then you may get arrested. Keep a lawyer ready.

respected dingraji, what kind of nature background and circumtances adultry is with consent of both man and women so husband of the woman can he file criminal case against the man involved in adultery and get him arrested.

While a real problem has sufficient background to state, there is no end of supplementary queries in academic queries. That is why I don't indulge in to imparting tutorials to students.
When it is not a real problem with no case yet registered, there is no relevance of asking such a vague question. The general answer is both, yes and no depending upon the exact nature of the case and the circumstances of offense.. So, don't expect any more response to your vague academic question, when you don't have any real problem to face. Better study your own course material to find answer to your classroom exercise.
