I am demanded for testing of mobile voice recording in forensic lab before court so I did not submitted any certificate under section 65b.so
1.how obtained certificate of section 65b.whom responsibility of it?
2.what is suggestion

Your electronic evidence is not admissible in evidence until you fulfill the conditions of sec 65B of Evidence Act.Get certificate from the person who recorded the voice.
