First decide mutually between both of you whether both of you want mutual divorce or anyone of you is not willing to take divorce.

Q 1. How much time required to file mutual divorce case?

Ans. An able lawyer shall have to make up his/her mind and try to resolve the issues between the parties and reconcile, if possible, otherwise, about an hour plus is required to file the case.

However, how are you concerned with the examination question and why are you posting this question paper without an examination hall?

Q2. And how much time required if one party is not ready?

Ans. What do you intend to ask this stupid question?
