Experts,
There is a problem with police. one day my wife was at home alone and the wife of my brother came with 2 other women and one man at my home and start fighting, in fighting they hurt my wife so much then quickly neighborhood came and saved her. then I also came. My wife called to police then police came and registered complaint against all 4 but they have setting in Police station and SHO says to me if do not withdraw my complaint then he will definity lodge complaint against me also u/s 344 and 354 which is truly fake and cheat by police.
Other hand my wife also registered a compaliant online to DGP satating the SHO pressure and Doctor's report also in progress.
Please advise me so that my wife can file FIR and I can save my self also from crupted police.

Counter blast complaints have no value. Tell police that if such threats are continued you will meet the concerned magistrate and file fresh private complaint. Also update SP about this

If no action is initiated by police then file a criminal complaint under section 200 of criminal procedure code appending an application under section 156(3) of said code before the local trial magistrate.
