Stamp duty on RECTIFICATION DEED

as name of the caste of buyer in registration deed is wrong .Kindly tell me how much stamp duty is required in rectification deed to make it correct .if this is the case of Ranchi jharkhand.

Stamp fee differ from state to state, discuss / consult local registrar office / local lawyer.

After contacting local lawyer they said the stamp duty will be same as that of original deed.so please guide whether the stamp duty is equal to original deed or it will be less or more.if caste rectification is required in original deed.

Your lawyer probably is misguiding you and in many states including WB the stamp duty of rectification deed is very nominal and fixed.
Do check on your own through the registration office.
Stamp duty cna never be like the original deed.
