Can builder allocate parking open space by alloting it?

Builder can't sale or alot split parking,it is illegal.

Parking space comes under the common amenity area. so Builder cannot sell or accept any money towards the consideration for the same. If you have issued any amount towards the same, then send a legal notice to the builder.
